Guest Services: The Body Life Ministry seeks to provide a warm experience for every guest visiting Sugar Grove.

• Guest parking located near the main entrances to the church building.
• Host/Greeter ministry welcoming and assisting at every church building entrance.
• Information racks including a Guest Welcome Packet located near each church building entrance.
• Grand Central: A central source of information for guests and members located in the South Hallway.
• Hospitality Room: A church minister or elder is available Sunday mornings to interact and answer any questions about Sugar Grove a guest might have.
• New Member Orientation: New member orientations are scheduled once an individual places membership to help the new member get to know Sugar Grove as well as to help the congregation get to know the new member.

Sweet Gatherings: Sugar is Sweet. A Grove is a Gathering. When Sugar Grove gets together it is a Sweet Gathering. This is a way to get to know people from Sugar Grove who live near each other using the Sugar Grove Attendance Zones. Sweet Gatherings meet on 5th-Sunday evenings in homes located in each zone. This ministry has numerous benefits that include the joy of developing new friendships with people who live nearby and a system for people at Sugar Grove to reach out to each other in the event of a disaster that disables communication and transportation resources.
