Our History

The roots of Sugar Grove Church of Christ reach back to the 1960’s and two church families, agreeing to combine into one church.  In the 1990’s, Sugar Grove Church of Christ began to look for a new home, located in Stafford, to create a permanent home for the church in a part of Houston that allowed the church to maximize their reach. Through many twists and turns, God has blessed us with our location today, 13.5 Acres in Meadows Place. God has used this building and land to bring transformation to Sugar Grove. Every step of the way He has been faithful and blessed us beyond anything we could ever ask or imagine.
